John Moldovan, Esq. is the founder and principal attorney at The Moldovan law firm. Having nearly 15 years of experience and success in civil and criminal litigation has established a proven track record for various clients with a wide array of legal issues. He is well-regarded as an attorney who achieves results. As a former prosecutor, and having served as a lead trial team counsel for the Atlantic County Office of the prosecutor, he has established litigation skills that enable him to provide keen insight as to the best structure for negotiations, plea bargaining, contract structuring, and relationship building, as well as foresight that helps clients anticipate possible legal issues during trials and oral arguments in court.
